Frequently asked questions

Common questions about AUMQuotient and the SDQ Suite.

What is the Guna Snapshot?
The Guna Snapshot is a free ~3-minute self-reflection on your present balance of Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas. It is a Snapshot of present tendencies—not a fixed personality label, clinical diagnosis, or scientific-validation claim.
Is this a clinical or psychological test?
No. AUMQuotient assessments are tools for dharmic self-reflection. They are not clinical, medical, or psychological diagnoses and should not replace guidance from qualified teachers or healthcare professionals.
How long does the Snapshot take?
Most people complete the free Guna Snapshot in about three minutes. Optional deeper quotient reflections take longer when you choose them.
Do I need an account before I start?
No. You can begin the Guna Snapshot without signing up. An account is optional for history and is required only when you purchase a Personal Guna Reading.
What do I get after completing the Snapshot?
You receive a free private result showing your present Guna balance with reflective context. Scores are deterministic. Optional AI may later assist narrative wording on paid Readings; it never changes your score or band. You may also choose a paid Personal Guna Reading for deeper reflection.
If I join through a partner or cohort link, who sees my result?
Your individual Snapshot result stays private. Facilitators only see privacy-safe aggregate patterns after enough consenting participants complete—and only if you consent to cohort aggregation. Declining still lets you take the Snapshot without cohort attribution.
